1-2-1 sessions are designed to enable players to improve core skills such as hitting, flicking, 1st touch in accordance with the England hockey single system programme.
Each session will guarantee to improve your techniques as well as helping you to understand how the techniques work, and to how to coach yourself for continuous development.
