Havant Men’s 1st XI beat league champions Reading 4-3 at the college on Saturday to finish in 4th place in the Slazenger England Hockey Premier League.

A Tim Davenport hat-trick and a goal from Andy Pett gave Havant the three points needed for a 4th place finish, one place below European Qualification.

 This is a fantastic achievement for Havant having only been promoted into this Division the season before.
